About the Artist

I have always loved to draw and paint, but it wasn't until 1999 that I began to show my work publicly. It was in that year that I entered my first art show and sold my first painting. Since that show I have entered many juried shows as well as solo shows and won numerous awards.

Although I paint a wide range of subjects, I especially enjoy painting people engaged in various activities. I like using acrylic paints, because their flexibility makes them suitable for a wide range of techniques. I love to paint and I am delighted that my paintings are in private collections and businesses throughout the United States.

My quest is for continuous improvement in my art and for my art to reflect the beauty of simple objects. I hope that my viewers will see what I see.
