I was born in a small Romanian village called “Costei”. At only six months old our family quickly moved because of economical conditions to Paris, France. Paris is where we called home for about five years. I didn’t realize it then nor did I see how great an influence environment had on me. As a small child I can vividly remember the wonder and beauty of it all. Afterwards my family moved permanently to the states.

It was around the age of 13 that I started to express myself through drawing and painting. Movies and music are a great inspiration to me and the personalities that are bigger than life are wonderful subjects to express. I try to preserve through my work a history of American culture of the world wide celebrities that have in a small or great way to influence and change society, each in their own way.

Art to me is a life giving conception. It is an intimate awareness of discoveries in both life and activity. Since the spirit and soul of a person reflects all mediums. My approach being there, that to me is honest beauty. Beauty is wherever meaning is, wherever love abides and whoever abides therein echoes the gift of life.
