Mr. Allen Grose enjoys painting, drawing, and chalking. Growing up in Spencer County, Allen found his natural talent for art at a young age. He grew up among four brothers and one sister, all the brothers are also artist.
Mr. Grose had four years of art education at the University of Evansville. He has taught evening art classes in his community in the past. His work has been showcased in various newspaper articles, hospitals, and the Lincoln Hills Arts Show, and a variety of other shows.
In addition to painting Allen loves his family life on his 75 acre farm with his wife Barbara and his two daughters, Laura and Lana. Mr. Grose is also a talented singer and has completed two albums in Nashville, TN. His other hobbies include square dance calling, hunting, and attending horse races. Mr. Grose is retired from National Southwire Aluminum Company and was a co-owner of Grose Brothers Sign Painting. Allen is an accomplished artist whose life creates the inspiration for his passion of art.
